Job Summary


We are looking for a tenacious, highly motivated, and experienced Head of Business Transformation, with the energy and drive to successfully help Ciphr deliver on a strategic product transformation project.


Working closely with the executive leadership team as well as a range of internal and external stakeholders; the role will be responsible for all aspects of the project to ultimately deliver an enhanced product as well as more trusted frictionless experiences for our customers.

  • Working closely with the Ciphr teams and customers to successfully prepare, launch and embed reengineered platforms across our entire product range
  • Ensuring our programme is delivered on time, to budget and meets its objectives
  • Leading crossfunctional teams to deliver complex projects, preparing colleagues and customers for change and ensuring that the programme deliverables are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Reporting and presenting to Ciphr ELT, Board and colleagues progress and status of the programme including risks, issues, progress and timescales
  • Link the technical programme delivery team with the wider business ensuring all functional teams, customers & partners are fully engaged, contributing and prepared for the new product
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that technical upgrades are integrated seamlessly into the business processes and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Ensure colleagues and customers are engaged and informed about the changes and that their needs are represented throughout the transformation process.

Key Deliverables:


Technical

  • Ensure technical changes are integrated seamlessly into business processes and practices
  • Identify associated technical tools and processes that are impacted by the project, and that require realignment to ensure that they are aligned with the company's objectives and provide tangible benefits to the business

Customer

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that customer migration and engagement strategies are developed and implemented so that they are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process
  • Ensure that the customer impact of the programme is understood and managed effectively
  • Ensure that customer feedback is captured and incorporated into the ongoing improvement of the transformation delivery methodology
  • Build strong relationships with customers; understanding their needs and requirements and incorporating them into the transformation process

Key Stakeholders

  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders and stakeholders on the progress of the transformation initiatives, including the impact on colleagues and customers and their feedback

Transformation Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy, including impact assessment, change management, and a roadmap for ensuring the overall business readiness to successfully deliver the new product
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams to plan and execute business transformation initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor, measure and report on the progress of transformational initiatives, identifying risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies as required

  • Proven experience working alongside and challenging technical teams at a strategic level to implement large scale technical upgrades
  • Strong customer focus, with experience in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and customers
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation projects in a dyna
