Responsible for providing specialist support, advice and guidance within relevant educational services and support eg planning, enrolment, exams, careers, apprenticeship, digital and library services, SpLD, resettlement etc.
to support the delivery of an outstanding learner experience in line with the contractual requirements under the scope of the contractJob title:
DSA Needs Assessor (Wales)
Subject matter expert for relevant educational and training practices, and/or governance and procedural matters.
Work collaboratively and engage with other education and training support departments, and internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure learners receive a positive experience through their learner journey.
Work with, manage and review educational services and support ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements and frameworks.Provide insight and analysis of information to support reporting requirements to stakeholders and to support future activity and continuous improvement.
Actively engage with and lead on innovation and modernisation activities and alongside user feedback work to improve services and support.
Encourage and enable individuals to access appropriate learning, training and work opportunities Support and facilitate individuals to overcome barriers to progression by signposting and referring to other professionals for specialist intervention as is required Prepare for and support, including the provision of information, all quality assurance, 2nd party and 3rd party site visitsLocation:
