£460.40/day Ltd Umbrella

Position Description:


We are looking for a Scrum Master with knowledge of processes, methods and tools in software releasing who can contribute to developing the team's agile ways of working and evolve into a high performing agile team.

You will work with the Product Owner, squad members and other stakeholders in the business to ensure attainable goals are set and delivered by your team.


Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies for the team
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure projects add value and align to stakeholder expectations
  • Engage with crossfunctional teams and contribute to projects and work streams that will drive improvements in software process, methods and tools
  • Knowledge of the agile methodology and framework
  • Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience of proactively working across organisational boundaries
  • Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Strong negotiation skills and adaptability, comfortable dealing with ambiguity to pilot new business initiatives
  • Experience of problem resolution using structured approaches
  • Supporting teams to plan work through focused and engaging meetings. Identifying and helping in the removal of barriers that are slowing down team acceleration
  • Deep commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience in software life cycle processes, methods, and tools in an automotive environment

Preferred:


  • Experience of using Agile tools for example JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Lucid
  • Experience in leading projects in a matrix organisations and environment with cross functional working

Education:

Relevant Degree or equivalent experience preferred
