Description

Procure Recruitment Group are seeking an Accountant to join our clients well established practice on a full time permanent basis.


Duties Will Include

  • Completing accounts for clients in a number of sectors, including limited companies, sole trader and partnership accounts.
  • Preparing VAT returns.
  • Bookkeeping using commercial software.

Personal Specification

  • High levels of attention to detail and takes a diligent approach.
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • High sense of initiative and selfmotivation.
  • Continuous quality improvement.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of producing accounts, VAT returns and bookkeeping.
  • Background in finance and practice experience essential.
  • AAT qualified preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in using xero, sage and iris.
  • Strong use of Microsoft office especially excel.
