Events & Social Media Marketing Executive - Wilford, United Kingdom - Blue Monday Events

This full time role based at offices in Nottingham will involve the production of promotional media, both physical and via our online platform, to facilitate bidding on our Silent Auctions, You will be required to attend the events as part of a team, creating appealing displays of the items and liaising with guests to assist and encourage bidding.

• Responsible for the production and delivery of all Silent Auctions.
• Create promotional brochures and online auctions when needed.
• Liaise with the team on stock levels and item availability.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with clients.
• Manage Auctions onsite.
• Manage follow up on all Auctions:
• Chasing of auction payments and outstanding pledges
• Delivery lists and experience vouchers
• Auction breakdowns/ invoicing
• Liaise with the deliveries team.
• Discuss auction results with line managers.

• Send out information and manage bookings and queries for all Experiences.

• Keeping all social media accounts up to date (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Updating website content where appropriate.
• Generate more exposure for Blue Monday through Marketing and Social Media Channels.

• Full clean UK Driver's License and be comfortable driving to and from London
• Social Media Skills
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency
• Experience in or ability to learn design packages
