Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy the automation required to securely deliver the software that will transform Arm's production engineering processes.
- Collaborate with software engineers, security engineers, and machine learning practitioners to deliver performant infrastructure which balances the needs of all three domains.
- Contribute effective, performant, and scalable infrastructure for delivering validated software into production HPC (High Performance Computing) and Cloud environments.
- Thoroughly document the delivered solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A preference for writing robust and maintainable software.
- Tolerance for developing immature point solutions when required.
- Familiarity with modern continuous delivery methodology.
- Experience using bash or other shell scripting to automate routine work.
- Like to work in an environment where you cooperate closely with a diverse team of colleagues, together striving to fulfil common targets.
- The ability to work independently when required.
Nice to have Skills and Experience:
- Experience in using python for project automation.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with containerisation technology such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration systems.
- Understanding of security considerations as related to the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with distributed systems.
