Our client is a specialist retailer in high-value fixtures and fittings.

They have been operational for nearly 20 years and work with some of the best designers and finest materials to offer the best in design, innovation and quality.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an Aftersales Executive (Technical Customer Services) to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Exceptional levels of Customer Service and demonstrable experience in "going the extra mile"
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines
Ability to understand process and procedure and recommend improvements
Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve skills, systems, and processes
Capable of time management and prioritises workload effectively.
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with confidence at communicating at all levels
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude
Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems
Good MS Office skills

Starting salary for this role will be £22,700 (fte) with a performance related pay increase to £25,500 (fte) in the first 12 months.

Hours for this role will be Wednesday to Friday, starting and finishing hours can be flexible.
