We at Mr Green's Builders are looking for a skilled labourer who is capable of doing roofing, some plastering, general building work and have a good knowledge of trades.

Must be capable of working on their own.

All aspects of building work will be undertaken:
demolition, plastering, joinery, refurbishments, Ripping out, windows etc. Experience within these fields is mandatory. Must drive and have their own vehicle or be able to get to and from rochdale in the mornings. Tools will be provided per job. This is a self employed position you will need a UTR number for tax purposes. Wage will be dependent on skill/experience however wages will be between £120 - £144 a day before tax.
