At Saint Gobain Professional Services we are looking for a Management Controller to work in our Finance team helping to support the financial and management accounting of Saint-Gobain Limited, including SG Professional Services and Prism, BPB Limited and various other service companies within Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland.

The Management Controller will be a part of a close knit Finance team of 5, consisting of a, Finance Administrator, Financial Controller x 2, and a Senior Financial Controller.

This is a unique opportunity to be a central part of the Saint Gobain Group where your flair for financial controls and managements systems will be pivotal across several brands and key departments.

What we're looking for:

Qualified or partqualified accountant with two years' experience within a finance environment
A strong understanding and awareness of commercial aspects.
Being able to discuss financial issues in a clear and concise manner to nonfinancial stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

What you will be doing:

Preparation & review of management accounts on a monthly basis for areas within scope
Preparation & review of budgets and reforecasts as required
Business partnering with Saint Gobain businesses throughout the UK, dealing with various key stakeholders in HR, Transport, Payroll, building the connection and relationships with the departments
Responsible for Monitoring finances, management control, setting up new processes and financial controls
To be the first point of contact between Saint Gobain Technology Services management and the finance team, ensuring that finance support is provided in an efficient and friendly manner
