Description

Ideally the applicant would have experience in working within a cardiac or outpatient setting. The applicant will require good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

To support a multidisciplinary specialist team in delivering delegated care to patients with suspected and coronary heart disease.
Assist in the provision of care to patients, supporting and supervised by a registered nurse.
To provide aspects of personal healthcare as directed and delegate by the multiprofessional team
To support the provision and delivery of health care and health promotion advice in order that patients are informed and empowered to make appropriate health choices to support their independence
