Completions Support Agent - Manchester
Working within the Completions department at Roma Finance, based in the heart of Manchester, you will be responsible for the processing of cases and pushing them through to completion.
The role of the Completions Support Agent is to carry out thorough due diligence and manage a portfolio of pre completion accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative and growing business within the specialist financial services industry.Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Liaise with brokers, customers & solicitors to push for completions through effective communication and strong relationship building
- Update internal systems with progress on cases to provide an overview of updates to internal stakeholders
- Conduct Inbound and outbound calls with borrowers and intermediaries to provide necessary updates enhancing the customer journey
- Assist Completions manager in management of pipeline through to completion by supporting & managing a portfolio of pre completion accounts
- Carry out necessary due diligence on all cases to analyse risk by using appropriate credit referencing agencies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers and solicitors to increase levels of repeat business
- Suggest new ways of working to streamline efficiencies ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Continuously learn and develop your knowledge within the role to effectively support the Underwriting team
- Continuously build upon your knowledge of conveyancing legalities to effectively push for completion
