Finance Business Partner - Band 7

£46,836 - £52,849 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata

Bromley Healthcare CIC is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join its Finance team.

As part of a small finance team, the Finance Business Partners will support the Operations and Corporate Departments, both clinical and non-clinical in setting, managing and reporting on their financial budgets.

The role will provide a first class and proactive finance business partnering support function that anticipates and supports the delivery of the clinical services.

Interviews are expected to be on 13th/14th February


The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for updating the management accounts in a timely and accurate manner providing expedient management information and business intelligence to CEO, Senior Finance Team members, General Managers, Service Leads and any other budget holder so that they can effectively, and efficiently manage the services.

This role demands daily face to face interaction with service leads, operations manager and directors.

The Finance Business Partner need to be able to explain difficult financial and complex matters to non-financial managers in a respectful and supportive way, whilst ensuring that those managers are fully aware and complying with the financial responsibilities of their roles.


The Finance Business Partner will undertake a number of month end processes and play a critical role in year end, audit and budget setting cycles.

Bromley Healthcare is a community interest company providing a wide range of services including community nursing services such as district nursing, health visiting to specialist nurses, as well as therapy services for children, young people and adults.

The Finance Business Partner will hold responsibility for a number of financial accounting and reporting roles such as:

  • Accounts Payable management
  • Accounts Receivable management
  • Payroll
  • Cash management
  • Fixed assets and capital accounting
