This role includes delivering outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, chasing up existing quotes and liaising with different departments to ensure the successful conclusion of the sale

no cold calling within this role

What to expect?

A Retail Sales Consultant will be a highly organised individuals that sets goals for self-development and growth as well as playing a key role in achieving the company's sales targets.

Your key duties:

Promote and sell the company's range of products and services by contacting potential clients within the supplied customer base.
Proactively contacting potential customers to develop them into spending accounts by effectively utilising your time.
Databases will be supplied via our CRM system (with your help to be kept up to date).
