Seymours estate agents are looking for a talented and creative photographer / videographer to join our internal marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a demonstrable creative flair and style to their photography and video creation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and engaging personality to join a growing in house marketing team.

Supporting the marketing strategy, you will become the face of the marketing department in our network of offices, helping to produce and create content for social media and deliver/co-ordinate the distribution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the group.

Whilst the internal marketing team have an office base in Ripley, Surrey, this role will predominantly be undertaken in our sales and lettings branches.

The social media content creator will be expected to visit all our sales and marketing branches regularly to help deliver social media content and the wider marketing strategy.

Resposibilities include:

Creation of Photographic and Video content for website and social media platforms
Arranging a timetable of branch visits, booking in meetings and keeping on top of the content requirements to ensure visits are conducted in a timely manner to ensure continuous content production.
Photography and videography for people, places, sponsorship and events
Establish and monitor social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Schedule and manager content for social media from the individual branches
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns inbranch.
Build strong internal and external relationships from a branch level with suppliers, charities and sponsors.
Proofread and editing copy for social media and other marketing collateral
Develop a broad understanding of local property markets in which partners/offices operate and a close understanding of partners business
Assist with internal social media training
Support the production of Seymours Prestige Homes Magazine and The Guild Life magazine.

Required Experience

MUST be a Surrey local who has either grown up in the area or lives in Surrey and knows the towns and villages
Exceptional and demonstrable talent and experience behind the lens.
Experience of publishing and creating social media content
Natural ability for composing great photos and videos
Video production, lighting, sound and editing experience essential.
Portrait and lifestyle photography experience

Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
