Description

The Associate Director of Operations (ADO) will support the Deputy Chief Operating Officer (DCOO) to lead operational delivery, with a key focus on internal and system wide discharge.

They will have a passion for building cross organisational relationships and working in partnership with other Integrated Care System organisations to ensure the delivery of safe, sustainable patient focussed care.

The ADO will be integral to the SFHFT internal transformation programmes relating to the emergency flow pathway and will take a lead in programmes focussing on internal and external patient movement and capacity and demand.


The ADO will support the provision of the highest quality, safe patient care through professional operational and strategic leadership, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
