This is your opportunity to join One Health Lewisham as an Operations Administrator.

You will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Using previous healthcare experience, you will be responsible for the smooth administration of patient healthcare records by way of processing appointment requests, signposting patients to the correct place and mastering the administrative procedures across the range of services the company offer.

In exchange you will receive in-post training to support you continued development.

About us**:

OHL is the integrated community provider working across SEL, delivering a diverse set of services for practices, PCNs and patients.

OHL was established to help provide a range of primary and community care services to residents as well as several 'at scale services' for practices.

Your new role:

This role sits within one of our work streams you will assigned to look after a specific service, such as Dermatology, or Home Visiting
You will be working on Emis or other patient management software we use, such as ERS, to ensure that patients records are accurate, referrals are actioned timely, and patients are directed to access the right service at the right time;
You will provide general assistance to the team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone

What you need to succeed:

GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics
Experience of using the EMIS Web clinical system in capacity as a receptionist and administrator within NHS General practice
Interpersonal skills to include concise and effective verbal and written communication
Organisational skills, ability to prioritize and manage day
