We have an excellent opportunity to join a globally retained executive search firm based in Soho and Brighton.


Starting salary £34,000 - £40,000 DOE + Commission 60,000 OTE

Monday - Friday, flexible and relaxed office hours

Hybrid Working (2dpw from home)

Soho Office and Brighton Office

  • Excellent educational background degree level educated
  • 18 months or more of recruitment experience
  • A high level of commercial acumen developed through previous work experience
  • An analytical thinking process coupled with a naturally polished and wellrounded communication technique
  • Exceptional rapportbuilding skills and the ability to excel from day one in a commercial, professional and driven environment
  • A strong drive to build a career in retained 'Board Level' Executive Search within a globally respected firm
