Our Brand Team have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Digital Strategist looking for a new challenge in a role that offers variety and the entrepreneurial space to develop in a fast growing team.

As a Digital Strategist, you'll be dissecting client briefs, pinpointing the problem, and writing strategic plans which inspire best-in-class creative and content.


We are looking for someone who always starts at the business problem and understands how to use content on social and digital platforms to help brands achieve their objectives.

You will have your finger on the pulse of popular culture knowing the latest dance move on Tiktok to the slate of originals announced by Snap.

More importantly you will understand how this content represents the mood of the nation and the content needs of target audiences.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Be the main day to day strategist in the Strategy and Insights team delivering strategic social plans and inspiring creative briefs.
  • Lead the overarching strategy on retained clients, overview and sign off content calendars, tactical briefs and reporting.
  • Be on top of all cultural and creative trends on social platforms leading to immediate changes to clients' social accounts.
  • Work with data analysts to uncover insights within client data and Little Dot CMS data.
  • Own and deliver pitches and projects from client brief to delivery and measurement. Take ownership and work with the day to say social and creative teams on accounts to lead, feedback and guide successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with our media and analytical specialists to establish robust KPIs and frameworks that measure content effectiveness and brand impact.
  • Work closely with the accounts team to identify proactive opportunities and growth with current clients. Lead workshops with project clients to find new opportunities and retained relationships.
  • Support internal and external education and best practice, inspiring the agency and our clients to think and behave more strategically and strive to create bestinclass work.
  • Play a key part in our pitch process, responses to briefs, presenting confidently and coherently when required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • A strategic understanding of social media marketing and persuasive ability to explain how it can be harnessed for a variety of industry sectors.
  • Indepth knowledge of best practice and channel analytics e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat etc.
  • An understanding of various strategic frameworks and analytical tools
  • Experience of building brands, not just building social channels
  • Capable of working on multi projects at once, managing the process and ensuring the output of highquality deliverables
  • Strong experience working alongside senior and/or new business teams in pitches, and a proven record of helping unlock additional revenue from clients by identifying strategic opportunities
  • A team player, our team has many expert disciplines that come together on client work, a cooperative attitude is needed
  • Excellent deck writing and strong presentation skills
