- Co-ordinate and prioritise the HE student records ensuring timely and accurate HE data recording.
- Manage the course and enrolment data ensuring complete and accurate data for ILR and HESIS returns.
- Work with the finance department to ensure the Student Loans Company has accurate information and returns are made to strict deadlines.
- Ensure the collation of accurate information for audit purposes and maintenance of audit evidence for all HE enrolments.
- Ensure HE provision data remains compliant with external regulatory frameworks and standards of education and training.

About the Job
To supervise and coordinate the HE student records team, ensuring full and accurate course and student data, relating to all aspects of EPNE Higher education provision. To provide a comprehensive range of activities supporting HE student and programme-centred administration including the validation and processing of data collected from a variety of sources.
