My client is searching for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their St Helens, Merseyside or Manchester offices.

Experience.

  • 3 Years + PQE
  • Qualified CILEX or Solicitor
  • Must have experience of litigating cases from start to finish.
  • Property Disputes
  • Building Disputes
  • Boundary Disputes
  • Party wall Disputes with some limited breach of contract/ prof neg cases.

The role

  • My client are a small team of 14 and they only specialise in property litigation. All of their work is private paying and selfgenerated.
  • Work split 70% litigated / 30% pre lit. You will not have own case load we work on a delegated basis.
  • You will be Working under supervision of two barristers.
  • You will be Working with three barristers who draft pleadings and run all advocacy in house.
