Customer Service Advisors - Portsmouth - Up to £23,400k + Excellent Benefits Including a Recognition payment of £350 in Jan 2023 & March 2023 payroll - You MUST be able to start on 9th January 2023

We are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors from any sector to join our clients brand new location based in Portsmouth.

Our client is one of the worlds leaders in their field and this is a super exciting opportunity to be a part of their new teamto take things to the next level

The Role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle all inbound calls and Live chats
  • To manage customer service enquiries in line with our customer service goals.
  • Be a customer champion and feedback on processes, policies, products that can help the business improve
  • Act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence.
  • Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner towards your fellow team members & customers

Person Specification:


  • Experience in a Customer Service position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Committed to excellent customer service and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Professional telephone manner.
