Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing:
To manage prospective customers and supply them with information needed in order to finalise purchases.

Attend selected exhibitions and trade shows to promote our product.

Run your prospective sales order bank to offer goods and services to customers for profit.

Approaching prospective customers and collating information to follow up from our exhibitions.

Following up on self-generated leads taken from our exhibitions.

Maintain and update customer database.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends


Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred (training given)
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales support is an advantage (training given)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
