Shortlist Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a market leading business near Chester.


The ideal IT Support Engineer will be able to provide end-user support when required, will be able to ensure day-to-day security of all IT systems and also be able to take responsibility of configuring, installing and monitoring systems.

You will also be responsiblefor providing proactive support and responding within SLA time frames.

Required skills for the IT Support Engineer:

  • Experience in a support environment
  • Active Directory
  • DNS/DHCP
  • Backup & Recovery experience
  • HyperV
  • Previous experience with Virus Protection
