Are you a recent graduate with customer service experience looking to start a career in the luxury automotive industry? A leading luxury car dealer group is seeking a Showroom Host to join their team in the heart of London. As a Showroom Host, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and representing the company as an ambassador.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager, assisting with customer interactions, and providing support as needed.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the brand, and to develop a comprehensive understanding of the luxury industry.

Has strong attention to detail and is able to multitask and find innovative solutions to problems.

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is able to adapt their style to different audiences.
Is passionate about the luxury industry, and has a desire to learn about the brands we work with.
Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Has strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the company.
