_Dental Receptionist _The Dental Spa London is a well established, independent practice based in Fitzrovia, Central London. We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist who has a passion for dentistry and excellent front of house skills.
We provide general and cosmetic dentistry, including composite bonding, Invisalign and implants, alongside aesthetic treatments such as HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound), dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments.
Job Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Ensuring reception area is clean and tidy
- Answering phone calls and providing information regarding treatment offers
- Scheduling and cancelling appointments, and regularly reviewing diary
- Managing new patient booking spreadsheets and call backs
- Following up on patient leads (bookings/enquiries) provided by management
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Supporting the practice manager with invoice management
- Minuting staff meetings
- Supporting the nurses to undertake some duties, i.e. lab work posting
- Providing regular updates to the business practice manager
- Supporting with ensuring practice compliance
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and inperson communication skills
- A positive approach to resolving challenges
- Organisation, time management and multitasking abilities
- An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow

Salary:
£14.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 2 years (required)
- Dental nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- GDC registration (preferred)
