Campus Security Supervisor - Wood Street


Type Role:
Educational Setting Campus Security Supervisor


Location:
Wood Street Campus, Barnet & Southgate College


Pay rate:
£12.00 per hour


Shift Pattern:
Monday Friday.

08.00am pm - Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

08.00am pm - Tuesdays & Thursdays


You will be an ambassador of the Company and Client to the public and employees therefore this role demands professional approach dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner.


Campus Security Supervisor:


  • Management of the security team on site (3 Officers)
  • Rosters and holiday / absence management
  • Development of the team and their training
  • Dealing with incidents and following correct escalation
  • Any other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Ability to manage a team of people.
  • Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • First Aid certified.
  • Happy for an enhanced DBS to be undertaken.
  • I.T skills.
  • Door Supervisor SIA licence is essential for the role.

£12.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- security: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid at work (required)
  • Door Supervisor Licence (required)
