Do you love all social media?

We're looking for someone who can showcase our for sale properties and development properties at every stage.

What you will need to succeed:

Experience of creating and managing social media campaigns
preferably 2 years
Knowledge of what gains the most engagement and social media trends
Talent for creating inspiring content for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and maybe even TikTok
Skill with creative platforms such as Photoshop to create innovative and visually exciting content
Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with great attention to details

About the role:

Understand and share how we can ma l ximise our reach and engagement through the appropriate use of social media
Manage all channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
Plan regular and engaging content
Monitor and report regularly on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
Work closely with our estate agency team, homeowners, build team and development team to gain content

£20,0000 to £25,000 per year
