Here at KPI Recruiting, we are looking to add talent to our ever-expanding Commercial division. Based in our office in Sutton, we require a Commercial Manager who will support our commercial services division.

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of commercial placements whilst growing a team in the branch.

Responsibilities:

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture and their environment
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
Preparing CVs and correspondence to send to clients
Working towards and exceeding targets
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment processes.
Work in close contact with other consultants and managers to share best practices and ensure that a collaborative approach is adopted across all of KPI Recruiting divisions.

What we are looking for:

Previous commercial recruitment experience is highly essential.

We are looking for an outgoing and sales-minded individual who is keen to advance their career in a management environment.

We are looking for an effective relationship builder who can prioritisetheir workload and work monthly

targets.
