Keith Mount Liming is a long established family business, with the Mount family being the earliest known company to have applied lime to Norfolk fields as early as 1868.

We are a sixth generation agricultural business based in the heart of East Anglia near Bury St Edmunds.

Originally supplying farms in the eastern region, in recent years, the growth of the business has meant that we now cover large areas of the country.

The Job Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time permanent Accounts Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team who can work both on their own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Quickbooks
• Raise customer Invoices/Credit Notes
• Liaise with customers/suppliers regarding queries
• Credit Control
• Bank Reconciliation
• Reconciling transaction reports/VAT Returns/End of year returns
• Provide relevant reports each month to the directors
• Supplier payment runs
• General Office admin/filing

Ideal Person - Skills and Qualifications:

• Bookkeeping experience essential
• (Minimum 3 Years)
• Quickbooks experience essential
• Experience of working with finance and a high level of numeracy are essential
• Experience of working in an office environment and carrying out administrative tasks
• Competent IT user with experience in Excel/Word and Outlook
• Ability to work alone and as part of a small team
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
