The Rota Coordinator will undertake administrative rota duties associated with the clinical and non-clinical rota which include populating systems with shift requests, make recommendations and identify gaps in the rotas, input shifts into the rota system in line with the strategies approved by the Senior Rota Co-ordinator or Workforce Systems and Planning Manager.
