Sat within the Credit Management team, you will responsible for performing transactional Order to Cash activities such as bank reconciliations, inputting and posting general ledger journals, credit management, invoices, credits and statements, debt collection activity and management of third party money activities for our MOJ client.


We offer a hybrid working pattern whereby you can work from the Newport site for 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday) and 3 days from home This role provides full training.


What you'll be doing:

Manage and administer the agreed processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

  • Liaise with internal team members and external partners to facilitate effective communication and resolution of client requests and queries.
  • Setting credit limits, monitoring credit usage, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including raising invoices, customer management, correspondence, and documentation.
  • To support in the production of weekly and monthly project control information.
  • Make sure day to day service delivery and achievement of all Order to Cash SLA and KPIs by monitoring workloads and escalating issues that could affect delivery targets to the management team.

What you'll bring:

Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with support where required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Takes pride in delivering a high quality, high accuracy tasks under strict deadlines

It would be great if you had:


  • Experience of working within a finance administration environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the organisation and its departments.
