Salary
£11.00 per hour.
Full time and Part Time Hours Available (ranging between 21 to 42 hours per week) (paid Breaks)

Work-Based Pension

Duties will include:

General support of residents in order to help individuals maintain or achieve independence.
Participate in the planning of care programs and preparation of care review discussions
All aspects of the physical care of residents, including where necessary, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting etc.
Involvement in and promotion of emotional care of the residents
Involvement in the keyworker system
Accompanying residents on trips e.g. to hospital, outings, shopping, etc.
Other duties that may be required to promote the comfort, well

- being and self-respect of the residents

Reporting any incidents of illtreatment of a resident to the Manager
Promoting privacy, dignity and independence of all residents within the home
Attending training sessions and meetings that will assist with the development of care practices
