The SEMH Learning Mentor Role:

The SEMH Learning Mentor:

To be eligible for this SEMH Learning Mentor role, you must have experience working with SEN and SEMH needs, and have a good knowledge of de-escalation techniques to assist with managing challenging behaviour.

You must hold a Level 3 SEMH Learning Mentor qualification,and have a strong, resilient personality. Ideally, you will have worked in an Alternative Provision or SEMH school previously.

The School:

This SEMH school located in North-East Birmingham caters for pupils in KS3 and KS4 with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and SEN.

Pupils have been placed here after being referred by their mainstream settings.
