Description
The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful engineer are as follows:

  • Responding to machine failures within the agreed SLA
  • Training staff on sites showing the operational features of the equipment once it is installed
  • Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed
  • Working towards a firsttimefix
  • Providing cover to other areas as required (due to holidays, sick days, etc.)

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience of vending machine or coffee machine engineering
  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will all tools, and a tablet and phone. The role will be Monday to Friday, and includes covering 1 in 4 Saturdays. Previous experience as a field service engineer in the coffee or vending industryis essential for this position.
