Description
A leading Housing Consultancy with nationwide coverage are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Bristol office.


The Senior Building Surveyors role


The Senior Building Surveyor will be working closely with clients to support in the delivery of projects from inception to completion ranging in size.

You will be providing expert advice and professional services to public authorities, housing associationsand other private clients.


The main duties of the Senior Building Surveyor will include organising pre-contract investigation, surveys and technical due diligence required by clients, project management, contract administration and JCT contracts, tender documents and issue invoiceswhere needed.


The Building Surveyor

  • MRICS qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Experience with HA and local authorities
  • Residential experience
  • Confident with contract administration
  • Drawing and specification preparation
