We are recruiting Temporary Healthcare Assistants for our client based in Boscombe. You will be working in a dedicated care centre close to both the town centre and the local beach.
As a Healthcare Assistant your personal qualities and values are important. You will be friendly, kind, honest, and reassuring. You should be as comfortable to act on a set of instructions or to work on your own initiative. You will enjoy being part of aclose knit team.
Our Healthcare Assistants deliver the highest standards of person centred care whilst respecting residents' independence and choice.
You will be caring for Adults with:
- Acquired Brain Injury
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Neurological Conditions
- Progressive Degenerative Conditions
- Physical Disabilities
- Learning Disabilities
- Behavioural Impairment
- Complex Nursing Care Needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care
- Using hoists and slings to transfer residents
- Assisting with meal times
- Assist with toileting
- Following care plans
