Description
Our client in the South West has an interim role for a Buyer in their Social Care division.


Ideally you will have worked in a similar position previously and although knowledge of adult social care is preferred, if is not essential.


In this role you will work as part of the Social Care Purchasing Team (SCPT) conducting the day to day purchasing of adult social care services; sourcing care and support, prioritising and optimising capacity, preventing package breakdown and escalating unmet demand and market fragility.

They are ideally looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Computer Literate
  • Good mathematical and communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
