In-House Tax Advisory and M&A Manager

City of London (hybrid working model, est. 1 office day per week)

£85, ,000 + bonuses & benefits

This makes an excellent opportunity for the experienced Tax Manager (or recent Senior Tax Manager) coming from an international tax (or M&A) Tax Team of a Big 4 professional accountancy firm, looking to make their first move in-house.

ACA/CTA qualification essential
Solid technical underpinnings with international tax advisory and experience independently managing projects. Specifically experienced with PE risks, CFC, diverted profits tax and M&A.
Accustomed to operating at Manager/Senior Manager level
Inhouse/secondment experience is considered advantageous but not essential
Though not involved in this position, any previous experience in overseeing compliance and reporting processes considered advantageous
The right to work permanently in the UK is required for this post
