Role Summary
The ICS Finance Business Partner will work for the Finance Director of ICS. They will be responsible for the financial reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis for the Business Unit. In addition, they will assist the Finance Director with continuousimprovement of processes.


Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Financial and management reporting.
  • Manage the Business Unit's monthend reporting processes, building monthly reporting and delivering financial presentations to senior management.
  • Forecast and manage cashflow
  • Process and manage statutory returns
  • Plan and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze the commercial financial performance of the business for continuous improvement.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

  • Part qualified, newly qualified or QBE accountant through either the ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Selfmotivated with proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • High levels of accountability and flexibility to meet deadline
  • Financial analytical and accounting skills
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Inquisitiveness, a desire to learn, and the willingness to stretch yourself are all signs of a Growth Mindset
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement approach; proven ability to identify and deliver improvements and share best practices
  • Analyzes financial data to identify business performance drivers;
  • A strong understanding of Excel
  • Experience with financial reporting software
