We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual with the following talents:

Good IT skills using a wide range of bespoke systems (training will be provided)
Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy
Great communication with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management to meet deadlines in line with our processes and to deal with urgent requests
Be selfmotivated whilst working under pressure.

Be a great team player with a positive "can do" attitude to help us deliver the highest standards of service to our customers

About this role:

Ensuring accurate, professional and timely case management service to our customers across a range of service areas and activities within the Waste and Recycling Team
Undertaking noncomplex casework that requires an understanding of relevant service processes
Delivering excellent customer service
Ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained, and data protection rules are followed
Promoting and supporting customer self service

Identifying improvements in customer and service provision
