Our Governors and pupils are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated
full-time permanent
Teaching and Learning Assistant to work at our happy and successful school.

The salary will be Grade 7 (point 8)

Your duties will include:

Working in the role of 'general' class TA
Leading intervention groups (including phonics)
Working with individual children

We are looking for a practitioner who:

Loves working with children and puts their wellbeing first
Has the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Is motivated and passionate to achieve the very best for the children in our care and make a genuine difference
Uses their own initiative to assess and evaluate pupils' needs
Has experience of working in KS1, in particular in the delivery of phonics teaching.
