We are seeking a hard working, good natured person to join our Accounts department.


Responsible for
Supporting the Finance team on the whole accounts function for all entities within the business


Duties to Include
Posting sales invoices and credit memos. (Involves liaising with despatch, customer care and manufacturing)

Production of Commercial Invoices & providing information to assist customs clearance (involves liaising with despatch, customer care and manufacturing)

Ensuring purchase ledger and sales ledger are correctly processed in a timely fashion, including

Paying creditors using online banking

Ledger and bank reconciliations

Assisting with the preparation of year end P&L and balance sheet

Assisting with the production of subsidiary statutory accounts

Year-end and Interim consolidation and production of accounts

Management of Debtors & Creditors

VAT Returns

Provide accounting technical advice

Ad-hoc project work

General bookkeeping duties

General administrative duties

Working with Accounts Assistant to develop processes and procedures as well as providing cover during leave

Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence

15-23 hours per week - Wednesday - Friday

Salary pro rata approx. £25,000 pa.
