Transport Planner

Up to £35,000 plus healthcare, bonus and benefits

Monday to Friday

Bristol (BS11)

Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to ensure the highest standards of deliveries are met for all their commercial customers, ensuring that all scheduled deliveries and collections are completed in line with the customers' expectations.

Coordinating and supporting the daily delivery operation and coordination of drivers.
Coordinate the scheduled work across various routes and drivers; ensuring that schedules are maintained.
Ensure deliveries and collections are made in a timely manner.
Proactiveness in identifying and finding solutions to avoid delivery and collection being delays.
The transport system is kept up to date with accurate job status/information throughout the day.
Previous experience within a fast paced transport office
Working hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Must be computer literate
