About The Role:

PM Warehouse Cleaner

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday hours hours per week

Rate of Pay:
£10.42 per hour (pay negotiations currently ongoing)

Job Purpose:

The Cleaning Operative is responsible for the efficient removal of card, plastics and general waste from the warehouse and the operation of the compactor and porta-packer.

In addition, internal cleaning of the facility is required including use of ride-on floor scrubbers and industrial vacuum cleaners. Any other cleaning tasks including clean-up of spillages and external cleaning including smoke shelter will be as required.

Key Accountabilities

Operating Standards:

To achieve the agreed productivity level.
To keep the cleaning records up to date.
Responsible for ensuring cleaning standards are met
To comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Must respond quickly to any calls for spillages, etc
Any other task requested by management

About You:

You will work in a tidy and methodical manner and take pride in a high standard of accuracy.

You should be flexible to suit the needs of the business and approach all new tasks with a positive attitude.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have intermediate Numeracy and Literacy. You will need to be physically capable of standing for long periods, as well as bending and lifting.
