Mechanical Design Engineer - GOV Contract - Outside IR35

If you are a Snr. Design Engineer with experience designing to industry standard codes such as PD5500 and PSSR Reg 4, this Government contract is yours


One of NonStop Consulting's Public Sector clients is looking for a Senior Mechanical Desing Engineer, ideally with SC clearance, and experience designing to industry standard codes such as PD5500 and PSSR Reg 4 for a 12+ months contract.


The role requires providing designs such that utilities, infrastructure, engineering processes, equipment and facilities are compliant with legislation, standards and requirements associated with engineering design throughout the facility lifecycle.

There are high chances of extension after the initial 12 months.

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic understanding / knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • SC clearance (ideal)
  • GOV experience within the atomic weapons' environment (ideal)
