THE ROLE


As a Bar Back in our Nobu restaurant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar.

Your tasks as Bar Back will include but will not be limited to:


  • To create an exceptional service experience for our guests.
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
  • Help the bar team to report wastage as necessary.
  • Ensuring that the bar is wellstocked with ice and all beverage and snack items as necessary.
  • Checking all bar equipment ensuring that it is working correctly and reporting any maintenance concerns.
  • To work collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary.
  • To demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.
  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
