Glenholme Healthcare, Holdingham Grange, NG34 8YU**Glenholme Healthcare are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Housekeeping Supervisor for our care home in Sleaford.

You will be in charge of maintaining general hygiene of the home.

Whether you have managed cleaners in a domestic or hospitality settings, or supervised housekeeping for offices and hospitals, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a Senior Housekeeper

Be responsible for the general hygiene of the home and ensure cost of cleaning is within the home's budget.
To ensure the domestic team's performance is monitored and ensure all domestic staff comply with the standards.
Ensures adequate cleaning and laundry stock control within the home to minimize wastage.
Have a sound knowledge of COSHH, and ensure all domestic staff comply with COSHH regulations.
Ensures that equipment is maintained and cleaned correctly and to address any maintenance issues with the maintenance person
Carry out monthly audits with regard to all aspects of health & safety as detailed by the home manager and report any concerns.
To be responsible for the domestic staff rotas, checking weekly working hours, and authorize with the administrator.
