The Role


We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual (PT/OT) to work within mainly the ED and Medical Rehabilitation services at the West Middlesex Hospital (nearest train stop Syon Lane) to support winter pressures.

The role will require strong dischargeplanning skills, the ability to work autonomously under pressure, and a sound clinical understanding of falls, cognitive impairment and common pathology as related to frailty syndrome.

Based within the medical rehab team and the downstream wards there willbe an expectation to work flexibly between this area and ED as dictated by service needs.

The role would suit either an OT or PT with interest and experience within these areas.


Skills & Abilities

  • Diploma/ Degree in Occupational therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Discharge planning skills
