Description

In this role you will support the senior matron in balancing the challenges of providing high quality, safe services, with excellent outcomes and in a way that delivers efficiencies and meets the expectations of patients and the public.

Support the implementation, compliance, and embedding of the clinical governance and risk agenda within the division.


Provide professional nursing leadership to registered nurses and support staff and develop the clinical leadership capability of senior sisters and charge nurses.
