Are you an individual who is enjoys ground maintenance works and who want to make a difference with assisting with burial duties? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity of a Cemetery Operative


The post holder will be mainly located at the Northern Highwood Cemetery (Bulwell), but when needed, other sites would be covered, which are Nottingham City Centre and Wilford Hill Southern Cemetery (West Bridgford).


Essential Requirements:


  • Ability to work in a highly sensitive and emotive environment being sympathetic and caring in nature
  • Ability to use a wide range of power tools as well as always complying with Health and Safety.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literacy and ability to maintain manual and computerised records.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
